Elegy

Definition:
A mournful and sad poem written in response to a death or lost of a person.

Example:
The curfew tolls the knell of parting day,
The lowing herd winds slowly o'er the lea,
The ploughman homeward plods his weary way,
And leaves the world to darkness and to me.

Explanation:
Elegy poems are made out of the author's feelings towards a person. It's used to remember someone and show respect towards them.
